Taking over the design reins from Work & Co. in June 2020, I was hired on as the first internal UX design team member at SimpleTire to help not only mold the online tire shopping experience SimpleTire had a vision for, but to build a UX process and top tier UX team.

When I joined Virgin Voyages in late 2018, we hadn't yet took delivery of our first ship. You could say we were still very much a start-up. Fast forward to early 2020, we saw better than expected engagement through the web booking experience that beat projected KPI's by 40%.

My time at Fantasy Interactive was spent working on several Royal Caribbean mobile app projects. I worked closely with local and remote teams to complete around the clock design deadlines. During my tenure, I played a part as the UX lead on several major tracks of work within the overall project that included designing an app for their annual keynote event and flagship sailor facing application. While at SapientRazorfish, I was a part of the team asked to help empower Universal Studio's team members that would allow them to act as ambassadors to the Universal Studios brand through a set of contextual and collaborative digital tools that could support unequaled guest service. Following the pitch phase, SapientRazorfish was asked by the kind folks at ADT Security to help redesign the ADT Pulse system across mobile, tablet and desktop experiences. We also needed to ensure that all existing functionalities and features carried over from the desktop legacy experience to the new responsive experience. This case study shows how we were able to deliver an exceptional experience and provide a solid foundation in SapientRazorfish's relationship with ADT that would lead to many years of partnership.
